Construction
Our construction process emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and real-time updates to keep clients informed and projects on track.
Steps in Phase 4:
1. Startup Meeting that includes a formal introduction to the Ryse Construction team.
2. Daily Logs with at least three photos of the day’s progress, on-site worker details, and a description of work performed.
3. Share weekly reports including daily logs, 360-degree photos, and a project journal.
4. Virtual meetings scheduled based on client preferences to review progress, address questions, and ensure alignment.
5. Comprehensive updates, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and schedule revisions, emailed on the 15th of each month.
6. Detailed breakdowns of project costs emailed on the last day of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the following month to maintain project flow.

Completion
The final phase focuses on delivering a finished project that meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Steps in Phase 5:
1. Finalized documentation reflecting the project as constructed.
2. Comprehensive package including all relevant specifications, warranties, and maintenance guidelines.
3. A thorough review of the completed project to ensure client approval.
4. Request for a reference letter from satisfied clients to showcase our commitment to excellence.
