Steps in Phase 1:
1. Initial Meeting to discuss your project’s scope, vision, and goals.
2. Pre-Construction & Construction Services Proposal emailed for your review.
3. On-Site Ryse/Client Meeting to review our service proposal in detail.
4. Executed Agreement and the deposit to initiate the project services.

Conceptual Design
This phase focuses on developing conceptual designs and preparing the groundwork for your project’s success.
Steps in Phase 2:
1. Project QR Code for tracking and accessing project details.
2. Assemble the team of consultants.
3. Initial meeting with your designer/architect to outline the vision.
4. Conceptual drawings completed by design team
5. Drawing review meeting for client feedback and revisions.
6. Changes incorporate client requested changes.
7. Class B Budget and a preliminary project schedule.

Drawing & Designs
This phase transforms your concepts into detailed, permit-ready plans while ensuring budgetary and design alignment.
Steps in Phase 3:
1. Permit & Working Drawings
2. Interior Design & Client Selections adhering to Ryse-provided budget allowances.
3. Complete Drawings & Selection Sheets and obtain client signatures on selection sheets.
4. Issue RFP to Subcontractors & Suppliers to source the best options
5. Class A Budget & Schedule based on subcontractor bids.
6. Client Approval on the project budget and schedule.
7. Permit Application Submission.
